To improve user productivity, we need strong administrative controls and feedback capabilities which is provided by Workdocs.Also, it is a fully managed, secure, storage and service sharing. With great security, your files are stored on the cloud. You can keep selected folders sync with cloud folders with the help of synchronization application included in Workdocs. You can make your files visible only to designated contributors. Unless you don't grant access to other members at the organization they can't access the files.

You can share your file for review and another purpose with members of your organization. You can view different types file like audio, video, docs etc. Common documents, images formats and other media types of file are supported by Workdocs.

Access

To manage permissions and users, administrators can use Workdocs console to create and remove Workdocs sites.

End user can access their file by using client application. Workdocs console or administrative dashboard can't be used by the non-administrative user. Several client application and utilities are offered by Workdocs. Some of them are :
