User queries for academic content are entertained by Academic Knowledge API. You will able to know the type of input by a user and rich information will be extracted from Microsoft Academic Graph (MAG). A web-scale heterogeneous entity graph is knowledge Base for MAG, which has entities that model scholarly activities like an institution, author, field of study etc. The data on MAG is comprised of Bing web index and private knowledge base of Bing. As indexing is a continuous process, fresh information is contained by API from Bing indexing and web following discovery.
