The combination of the platform as a service (PaaS) and infrastructure as a service (IaaS) is provided by IBM’s cloud computing platform called BlueMix. It was released on June 30th, 2014. You can easily make a business application using BlueMix as it has numerous service that can integrate with PaaS and IaaS.
